What is included in the hourly rate?
The £24 per hour rate covers your server's time at the event — from arrival through to packdown. All our waiting staff arrive smartly dressed in black and fully briefed on your running order. There are no hidden charges — you simply pay for the hours booked.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, we require a minimum 5-hour booking per staff member. This ensures our team can provide a full, reliable service from setup through to the end of your event.
What types of events do your waiting staff cover?
We provide waiting staff for weddings, corporate dinners, private parties, product launches, charity galas and more. Whether it is an intimate dinner for 20 or a large reception for 500, we can supply the right team.
How many waiting staff do I need for my event?
As a guide, allow one server per 20 to 25 guests for a sit-down dinner, or one per 30 to 40 guests for canapé and drinks rounds. For buffet service, one per 40 to 50 guests is usually sufficient. Get in touch with your guest count and we will recommend the right number.
Can I hire waiting staff and glassware together?
Absolutely. Many of our clients combine waiting staff with our glassware and tableware hire for a seamless event setup. Booking both together means fewer suppliers to manage and a more coordinated service on the day.
Which areas of London do you cover?

How far in advance should I book waiting staff?

Do your waiting staff bring their own equipment?
Our staff arrive dressed and ready to work, but they do not bring trays, glassware or tableware. You can hire all of this directly from us — our serving trays, glassware and full tableware range are available alongside your staff booking for a complete event package.
