About the Wedding Package + Champagne Flute
This package adds a champagne flute to our standard Wedding Package, giving each guest a complete table setting plus a glass for the toast. Instead of ordering tableware, cutlery, wine glasses and champagne flutes separately, everything is bundled into a single per-guest price. Each setting includes an Olympia Athena 9-inch dinner plate, an 8-inch starter or dessert plate, a dinner knife, dinner fork, dessert spoon, wine glass, water glass and a 170ml champagne flute.
Every item is from our standard hire range — professional-grade tableware and glassware used at weddings across London. Items are cleaned, polished and packed in protective crates before delivery.
Perfect for Weddings with a Champagne Toast
Most weddings include a champagne toast during speeches. This package means you do not need to order flutes as a separate line item. It is ideal for:
- Wedding breakfasts with speeches — champagne flutes ready at every seat for the toast.
- Drinks receptions followed by dinner — guests keep their flute from the reception through to the meal.
- Formal galas and awards dinners — a complete, polished setting with champagne service included.
If your event does not include champagne, our standard Wedding Package offers the same table setting without the flute at a lower price.
Delivery and Collection

What is included in the Wedding Package + Champagne Flute?
Each setting includes a 9-inch dinner plate, an 8-inch starter or dessert plate, a dinner knife, a dinner fork, a dessert spoon, a wine glass, a water glass and a champagne flute. Everything one guest needs for a full seated meal with a champagne toast.
How many settings should I order?
Order one setting per guest. We recommend adding 5 to 10 percent extra to cover last-minute additions to the guest list or any breakages during the event.
Can I customise the package?
Yes. If you need additional items such as dessert knives, extra side plates or tumblers, we can add them to your order. Contact us for a tailored quote.
How does delivery and collection work?
We deliver to your venue across London the morning of your event or the day before. After your event, rinse and restack everything in the crates provided and we collect at an agreed time. The hire covers three days.
What is the breakage policy?
We understand breakages happen at events. A small fee applies per damaged or missing item, covering replacement cost only. We confirm the exact amount when you book.
